In 2015, Sachin Pimenta started his journey to be an entrepreneur with his contribution to empower local retailers and traders in small cities and villages of Maharashtra (India). It was highly driven by challenges faced on a day-to-day life of local retailers (kirana-walas) due to global and national players entering the sector of online grocery stores.

He envisions creating a technology driven platform, which is robust to manage and operate with minimal interference and no initial investment for retailers and traders. Since e-commerce had captured the online grocery market providing the convenience to shop online sitting at home with attractive deals, ‘SAHAYYAM’, an automation tool was launched, which empowered the local retailers by assisting them to breakthrough the limitations and go online without any technical expertise or setup cost. The platform created a vision for Sachin Pimenta to go further and equip society with such more technical innovative solutions. Looking at the success of Sahayyam in local retailers, it evolved as an effective tool helping them to manage their business online and sustain the existing customers.

It is designed keeping it simple, easy and user-friendly with no setup fees for creating an online account. It helps you to create your shop online in minutes and select products from global list or add to your customised list. It also helps to create your own offers and promotions for the customers.

The initial business model was unlike the existing automation platform and more inclined towards launching chain of organised grocery stores in India which was to be branded as ‘Go4Kirana’. Since the plan and business model was changed to an innovative business solution approach, G4K Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded with a vision to invest, manage and maintain the technology. Sahayyam became a registered product under G4K Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Sachin Pimenta is currently leading G4K Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a director and co-founder, continuously evolving his venture to come up with more such innovative technical products.
